- 2.Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
Installation
- 1.Installation services are provided on a chargeable basis only. Installation charges are not included in the product cost unless explicitly mentioned in the quotation. Applicable installation charges will be shared separately before order confirmation.
Orders and Payments
- 1.Orders are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- 2.Production will commence after order confirmation.
- 3.Full payment must be completed as per the agreed payment terms.
Transportation
- 1.Transportation and delivery charges are not included in the product price unless specifically mentioned in the quotation or purchase order.
- 2.Transportation charges will be calculated based on the delivery location, order quantity, and mode of transport.
- 3.All applicable transportation charges shall be borne by the customer.
- 4.Any additional unloading, handling, or local transportation charges at the delivery site shall be the customer's responsibility.
